Pacbi.com is proud to announce our new series that grants an award of recognition to the BDS Neo-Nazi of the Month!

 

This month's award goes to Sheryl Nestel , an anti-Semitic man-hating ultra-feminist, who teaches sociology of gender and similar adventures into brain-dead classroom indoctrination to hapless students at the University of Toronto.   She wins the award together with her airhead graduate student Jennifer Peto.

Nestel is best known for serving as the MA thesis supervisor for Jennifer Peto, an anti-Semitic Jewish student even more IQ-challenged than Nestel herself.  Both routinely refer to Israel as an apartheid entity in need of being annihilated.  Their specialization consists of bashing Israel and promoting lesbian Marxism.  Peto recently submitted a dissertation approved by Nestel in which Peto insists that destroying Israel is the best way to honor the memory of her grandmother who survived the Holocaust.  She is also a radical lesbian (we know that because she thanks her 'partner Liisa' in her thesis, and yes that is how they spell it.)  

In her thesis she writes, " A huge thanks to my friends and comrades in the Coalition Against Israeli Apartheid who teach me how to put this theory into practice. "  The whole thesis consists of her attempt to produce Bash-the-Jews usable propaganda for those comrades.  She bleats: "Throughout my thesis I will be using the term Apartheid in reference to Israeli state policies and practices. "  Well, throughout this award ceremony we will refer to Peto using the term "clueless Neo-Nazi lesbian cow." 

All the references in her thesis are from anti-Jewish writers.  Even if your life depended upon it you could find not a single pro-Israel source cited.  Much of the "thesis" is mere rehashed Norman Finkelstein – all about how the Zionists exploit the Holocaust to oppress Palestinians.  Her special contribution though is taken directly from the bleatings of Nestel, where the dikely duo insist that because Jews are white they must be seen as oppressors of poor Arabs.  White people cannot be victims.  Guess she never saw any Yemenite or Ethiopian Jews.  Nor heard about the genocide in Darfur being carried out by folks who are not white.

Nestel's courses are openly anti-Semitic, pro-terror and Marxist.  She teaches " SES1954:  Marginality and the Politics of Resistance ," consisting of in-classroom cheering on of terrorists as "resistance."   Most of her reading list there consists of Marxist tripe, while the rest consists of " queer studies" tripe.  She also teaches an anti-Jewish course entitled SES  2999 Special Topics Course: Jews, Identity, and Difference   .   Here is its description:  'The course readings are drawn from an emerging body of literature associated with “The New Jewish Studies” (Heller, 1999) which utilizes cultural studies, feminist, postcolonial, postmodern, queer and anti-racism frameworks to rethink the terms in which Jewish identity has been represented.'

Much of the required reading list consists of the "works" of noted anti-Semites.  The very presence of such courses at the University of Toronto raises serious questions about academic standards there and their absence, and also about whether the University of Toronto can even be regarded as a bona fide university. 

The Peto thesis is titled: " The Victimhood of the Powerful:  White Jews, Zionism and the Racism of Hegemonic Holocaust Education."   You can read the whole atrocity here .

Abstract

This paper focuses on issues of Jewish identity, whiteness and victimhood within hegemonic Holocaust education. I argue that today, Jewish people of European descent enjoy white privilege and are among the most socio-economically advantaged groups in the West. Despite this privilege, the organized Jewish community makes claims about Jewish victimhood that are widely accepted within that community and within popular discourse in the West. I propose that these claims to victimhood are no longer based in a reality of oppression, but continue to be propagated because a victimized Jewish identity can produce certain effects that are beneficial to the organized Jewish community and the Israeli nation-state. I focus on two related Holocaust education projects – the March of the Living and the March of Remembrance and Hope – to show how Jewish victimhood is instrumentalized in ways that obscure Jewish privilege, deny Jewish racism and promote the interests of the Israeli nation-state.

Translation, the best way to commemorate the victims of the Nazi Holocaust is to denounce Jews, support anti-Semites, and strive for a second Holocaust.
